At Help for Heroes Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt to support our mission while ensuring your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure alternative to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
